Technical Enclosure Details

M profiles

Lightest profiles produced exclusively as the designed enclosures for snow-free areas and for Klasik Spa.

Cross-section 40x55 mm.

L profiles

Profiles for medium size enclosures and SKYTRIUMS. Visually identical with M profiles, but structurally reinforced.

Cross-section 40x55 mm.

L+ profiles

Profiles for larger enclosures. In comparison with L series, the medium profile is extended

Cross-section 40x55 mm, and 40x72 mm.

XL profiles

A series of profiles for the biggest enclosures, with an emphasis on uncompromising durability.

Rails

Air

Available also for enclosures of M, L and L+ profiles and for SKYTRIUMS. A unique solution with hidden anchoring screws. Option for enclosures with high and low impact angles.

Height 20 mm, span 70 mm.

Standard 110 mm

Designed for enclosures made of XL profiles, with a great resilience for minor subgrade unevenness.

Height 25 mm, span 110 mm.

Wall-mounted Rails

Designed for lean on wall enclosures and terrace roofing. Each rail is also used as a water board for excellent rain water drainage.

ROOFING MATERIAL

Twin wall pollycarbonate

Our technology relies on the usage of twin wall polycarbonate 8mm thick (S,M and L profiles) and 10mm thick (XL profiles). This roofing material is extremely resistant and features high insulating capacity. And it also protects from the UV rays. We offer a range of 5 color shades and the new Hammer finish!

Compact polycarbonate

As a basis we use compact polycarbonate 4mm thick. For the side walls of terrace roofing the material is 6 mm thick. This roofing material provides you with an elegant view amd excellent transparency. And it also protects from the UV rays. We offer a choice of 4 colour shades.

Safety glass

Our technology uses safety glass material for SKYTRIUM – 6 mm thick for side, front and end panels and 10 mm thick for sliding panels. You immediately recognize its extreme strength, insulating properties and high resistance to scratching.

ENCLOSURE DETAILS

Front and back panels

The front and back panels of the enclosure are of two types:

• Fixed
• Removable

The fixed panels are installed with screws or attached removably using a panel screw. We recommend removable panels if the enlcosure cannot be fully slid out of the swimming pool area and you usually swim under it. The removable panel can be installed with lockable panel screws. Depending on the size, the panel can be constructed as a single piece or as multiple pieces.

Elevated bottom panel edges

This detail assists to the smooth movement of the enclosure for example over an elevated pool border. Our company offers an elevation of the bottom panel edge, covered by a durable canvas, up to 18 cm. If the elevation is higher, the sealing of the enclosure will be impaired.

Clapper

The bottom segment of the enclosure panels can be upturned for easy movement of the construction over obstacles, such as steps or a diving platform. The maximum height of clapper is up to half the height of the front/back panel. PAY ATTENTION! Sliding door cannot be mounted in panels with a clapper. Hinged door are possible but need to be unhinged before the clapper is opened. We always recommend to consult before the usage of a clapper.

Side entrance

Traditionally it is located on the biggest module. Installation on the smallest module is also possible, but the enclosure’s minimum height then increases on 10 cm. We are the only company on the market offering an optional side entrance on any module of the terrace roofings. And no worries, the side entrance is lockable.

Doors in front/back panels

• Hinged (left, right)
• Sliding (left, right)
• Double-wing (hinged, sliding)

They can be hinged or sliding. The standard width is 80 cm for single-wing and 120 cm for double-wing doors. If the door width exceeds 90 cm and 140 cm for single-door and double-wing doors respectively, we recommend using the sliding variant for better resistance. We also advise sliding doors for higher enclosures. We do not recommend a door in the front/back panel of the Casablanca Infinity enclosure. If a hinged door is positioned off-centre, the hinges need to be placed on the side of the door closer to the axis. Of course, all door types are lockable.

Stoppers

• Lockable

As a standard, each module is provided with two stoppers in its open/close position. For even higher safety, the stoppers can be lockable. Additionaly, stoppers are installed with access from outside, except of the smallest module, where they are ready for access from inside and are not lockable – in a case if someone is locked under the enclosure, he can easily get out.

Module length

The enclosure modules have a standard length of 219 cm, unless specified otherwise. The recommended module length ranges from 180 to 250 cm. We do not recommend other measurements to preserve smooth enclosure movement. For the Casablanca Infinity Enclosure we strongly recommend only standard-length modules. If the length is increased, it may be necessary to add supporting arches to maintain the certified loading capacity.
